Eligibility
Our services are only available to individuals who are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these criteria. If you are using our services on behalf of a business, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind the business to these terms of use.
Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
User Content
You may upload and display content on our website, including but not limited to gig descriptions, images, and videos (collectively, “User Content”). By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, copy, distribute, and display your User Content in connection with our website and business.
You are solely responsible for the User Content you upload to our website. You warrant that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, and is not defamatory, libelous, or otherwise unlawful.
Gigs
Freelancers may create and list gigs on our website. Gigs may include services, products, or other deliverables that the freelancer is offering to sell to users. Freelancers are responsible for setting the price and terms of their gigs.
Users may purchase gigs from freelancers using our website. We act as an intermediary between the freelancer and the user for the purpose of facilitating the transaction. We are not responsible for any disputes that may arise between freelancers and users.
Prohibited Activities
- You may not use our website or services to engage in any of the following activities:
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others
- Posting false or misleading information
- Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Harassing or threatening others
- Using our services for spamming or other unauthorized marketing activities
Fees and Payment
Some of our services require payment of fees. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of our services, and you authorize us to charge your payment method for those fees. We may change our fees at any time, but we will provide advance notice of any fee changes.
Users must pay for gigs using our website's payment system. We will deduct a service fee from the payment before transferring the funds to the freelancer. The service fee will be clearly disclosed to the user before they make the payment. Once you make the payment you can follow up with the Payment ID.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of THT Freelancer Marketplace or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without our prior written consent.
Disclaimer of Warranties
We make no representations or warranties about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, or accuracy of our website or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on our website. All such information, products, services, and related graphics are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our website or the gigs listed on our website.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless THT Freelancer Marketplace and its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and licensors from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of our website or your User Content.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms and conditions on our website. Your continued use of our website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
Disputes
If you have a dispute with another user or with THT, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through negotiation or mediation. If those methods are unsuccessful, you may pursue legal remedies as provided by applicable laws.

We may terminate your account or restrict your access to our services at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
Governing Law
These terms of use are governed by the laws of the Kingdom Of Bahrain, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these terms will be resolved in the courts of the Kingdom Of Bahrain.
